The aim of this course is to equip managers and team leaders with key skills, such as ‘active listening’ and ‘creating the space’, so that they can support others in their organisations.  Typically, the course takes 3.5 hours and can be ran remotely or face to face. 

Stress is an important part of our human experience and needed to function, however, when that tips into becoming overwhelmed then we can become unwell.  This course aims at replenishing and supplying appropriate tools and strategies so that you can manage your stress levels.  Typically, the course takes 3 hours and can be ran remotely or face to face.

Being Resilient

Life has a habit of throwing curve balls our way, we cannot prevent that, however, we can equip ourselves with tools and strategies to cope. This course is run over 2 sessions of 2 hours, with short activities to do in between. It works well as a remotely delivered package.

This short course looks at exactly what this is and the key symptoms it can produce. It then aims to equip you with relevant tools and strategies so that you can manage this and your caring commitments. Typically, the course takes 3 hours and can be ran remotely or face to face.

Supporting your team with mental health

Supportive Friend

This course looks at how you might support your team with looking after their mental health. Working remotely has added to the stresses and strains of work and your ability to spot that something is wrong has been made harder. This course aims to give you some support with spotting issues within your team and provide some strategies as to how you might deal with them. Typically, the course takes 3 hours and can be ran remotely or face to face.
